These terms govern your use of SafetyMonitorAI, provided by KarmaPower, s.r.o. By using the app, you agree to them.

What the service does

SafetyMonitorAI evaluates selected content and device-accessible signals, then explains its assessment and suggests a cautious next step. Results can be incomplete or wrong. The service does not verify a person's identity, guarantee that content is safe, or replace your bank, service provider, qualified adviser, emergency services or law enforcement.

Your choices

Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to make automated decisions about another person's legal status, eligibility or reputation. You remain responsible for links you open, information you share and transactions you approve.

Subscriptions

SafetyMonitorAI Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The annual option may include a seven-day introductory trial when shown by the App Store. Your Apple ID is charged when the trial ends or when you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Prices and local taxes are shown by Apple before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Availability and changes

Features may depend on your iPhone model, Apple Intelligence availability, system settings and network access. We may update rules and the service to improve quality, reliability or compliance. We may suspend abusive traffic to public endpoints.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every deceptive message or destination will be identified. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
