SafetyMonitorAI is operated by KarmaPower, s.r.o. We designed the service so that collecting less data is the default.

Checks you start

Text, links and screenshots you submit through Check Anything or the share sheet are processed on your iPhone. Selected images are used only for on-device text recognition and are not uploaded by those features. Analysis history stays on the device until you delete it.

Message filtering

Apple gives the message-filter extension the sender and message body only for messages from unknown senders. The extension cannot save or report them to the main app. When local rules cannot reach a confident result, iOS may send those two fields to our EU endpoint for transient classification. We do not store or log message bodies, senders, or any derivative of either. We log only the time, verdict category, processing latency and classifier version.

Safari shields

Safari compiles and applies the block rules. SafetyMonitorAI does not receive the pages you visit or your browsing history.

Campaign attribution

The app includes Meta's SDK. If you allow tracking after our explanation and Apple's permission prompt, Meta may receive a device identifier plus app activation, onboarding completion and verified purchase events. If you decline, SafetyMonitorAI remains fully usable and sends no direct Meta app events; Apple's aggregate attribution may still apply.

Purchases and diagnostics

Apple processes subscriptions. We verify Apple's signed transaction record to confirm a purchase event; no account or email address is required. Apple may provide aggregated diagnostics and crash information through its developer tools.

Retention, deletion and rights

The core app has no server-side user profile. Use Delete My Data in the app to erase local history and settings. Operational logs exclude message content and are retained only as needed for service security and reliability. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data, object to processing, or complain to your data-protection authority.
